Cautand pe net retete noi,am dat de unele dar sunt in limba engleza.Este careva pe aici care ar putea sa traduca?Eu o sa le scriu si o sa pun si pozele pe care le-am gasit la retetele respective.

Make It
MIX pretzel crumbs and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press firmly onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

COMBINE condensed milk, strawberries and lime juice in large bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour over crust.

FREEZE 6 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer about 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Cut into 16 squares to serve. Top evenly with the strawberries.

Variation - Double Strawberry Margarita SquaresBeat 1 softened pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese with the sweetened condensed milk in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed (or with wire whisk) until well blended. Add strawberries and lime juice; mix well. Mozzarella Chicken Roll-Ups

1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened 1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness 1 cup spaghetti sauce

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, the Neufchatel cheese, green peppers, oregano and garlic salt until well blended. Shape into 4 logs. Place 1 log on one of the short ends of each chicken breast; press into chicken lightly. Roll up each chicken breast tightly, tucking in ends of chicken around filling to completely enclose filling.

1 cup Brinza mozzarella 2% rasa impartita in 2, 65 grame Brinza neufchatel philadelphia, inmuiata, 1/4 cup ardei, tocat marunt, 1/2 lingurita oregano uscat , 1/4 lingurita sare cu usturoi, 4 jumtati de piept de pui, depielitat si dezosat, batute pina la o grosime de de 1/2 inch (1 inch- 2,54 cm), 1 cup de sos de spaghete.
Se incinge cuptorul la 400F-204C. Se amesteca jumate din mozzarella cu neufchatel, ardei oregano si sarea cu usturoi. Se fac 4 forme lunguiete. Fiecare forma se [une peste pieptul de pui pe punctul scurt (fac o paranteza- cred ca punctul scurt e coltul triunghiului fileului de piept de pui) si se preseaza usor. Se ruleaza strins puiul indesind umplutura sa nu iasa pe nicaieri. Se aseaza cu marginea in jos in tava de 13/9 inch unsa. Se pune sosul de spaghete peste pui, se acopera cu folie. Se coace 30 min sau pina e gata puiul (adica pina ce puiul atinge 170F-77C). Se scoate folia, se presara restul de mozzarella si se mai coace inca 3-5 min sau pina se topeste brinza.

Se scaoate din punga, si se lasa la odihnit. Se repeta cu ceilalti piepti. Sugestie de servire: cu paste si salada din funze mixte cu sos de kraft blah blah. Ca varianta se pot face si fara ardeoii grasi. Se mia pot pune pe pui inainte de a puna umplutura de brinza frunze mici de spanac proaspat.

2 cup serbet (inghetata) de lamiie sau limette, inmuiata, 1 container de brinza Philadelfia 225 gr, 1 conserva de late condensat indulcit 499 gr, 1/2 cup suc de lamiie sau limette, 1 tub de frisca 225 gr.
se tapeteaza tava de 9/5 inch cu folie, se pune serbetul, in strat egal, se da la congelator 10 min.
Se bate Philadelfia cu telul intr-un bol, se adauga treptat laptele condensat si sucul de lamiie, pina se amesteca toate. Se adauga si frisca se pune apoi totul peste serbet.
Se ingheata cel putin 3 ore sau peste noapte. Se taie in 12 bucati. Se pastreaza in congelator.

Cum se inmoaie serbetul: la MO pe mediu 10 sau 15 secunde.

La cup nu am dat echivalenta, pentru ca fiecare aliment are alta densitate. Cup-ul este unitate standard de masurare, se gasesc de cumparat seturi de cup, 1/2 cup. 2/3 cup,1/4 cup , dar in linii mari daca nu gasesti alceste ustensile foloseste cana de ceai.

FREEZE 6 hours. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly before cutting to serve.


12 biscuiti OREO, zdrobiti
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unt sau margarina, topit
2 cutii (8oz fiecare) branza Philadelphia
1 cutie ( 14oz) lapte condensat indulcit
4 patrate de ciocolata semidulce BAKER'S, topita
1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, dezghetata (eu nu am vazut asa ceva aici , pentru lamuriri vezi http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cool_Whip)

Biscuitii zdrobiti si untul se amesteca. Compozitia se pune intr-o forma cu diametrul de 9", tapetata cu hartie de copt, si se preseaza bine

Branza Philadelphia se amesteca bine cu mixerul, pana devine cremoasa. Se adauga treptat laptele condensat, apoi ciocolata (topita). La sfarsit se adauga Cool Whip si apoi se toarna in forma, peste baza. Se acopera forma (probabil cu folie) si se da la congelator pentru 6 ore. Se scoate din congelator cu 15 min inainte de a fi servita. Se lasa la temperatura camerei sa se inmoaie, pentru a putea fi taiata
