La multi ani tuturor pe 2010!

Revelionul acesta am pregatit cateva retete in premiera pe masa mea si sper sa va placa ce va recomand.

O vedere de ansamblu, antreuri reci si calde la care am servit sampanie.

Iata lista completa pe care o voi ilustra in postarile de mai jos si oferi retetele.

pate de fois gras cu cornichons
icre tarama si icre capelin
icre negre in jumatati de oua
rosii umplute cu pesto de anghinare
ardei gras bebelusi umpluti cu branza de vaci si oi
stridii afumate in jumatati de oua
somon afumat cu mascarpone pe rondele de castravete
guacamole cu tortilla chips
friptura rece de porc cu salata de endive si sos de mustar
ciuperci portobello umplute cu carne de raci si parmezan la cuptor

salata de fructe cu apa de roze
baclava si trufe de ciocolata

PS.Am avut intentia sa servesc si creveti coctail si cozi de langusta dar era prea mult si le-am lasat pentru azi cum am facut revelionul in doi si suntem deja imbuibati de la craciun cu sarmale si fripturi.

Pesto de anghinare. Cred ca am dat aceasta reteta cu alta ocazie dar o repet. Anghinare in apa din borcan(sferturi sau inimi), busuioc proaspat, zeama de lamaie, usturoi dupa gust, cateva masline verzi, ulei de masline, piper. Se da totul prin mixer si lasa la rece. Se umplu rosiile si orneaza dupa gust si fantezie.

Se face o crema de branza de oi(fetta) si de vaci, ceapa verde, marar, piper pisat, o lungurita de ulei. Se umplu rosii sau/si ardei grasi bebelusi. se orneaza dupa gust.

Ouale se fierb se decojesc si se pun in frigider cateva ore. Se scot si scobesc de galbenus care se amesteca cu piper pisat, mustar, maioneza, zeama de lamaie. Se face un cornet si orneaza ouale. Pe deasupra se pune o lingurita icre negre care in prealabile au fost racite in frigider.

Aici am doua tipuri de icre. Cele mai albe sunt tarama care vin din Grecia si sunt icre de crap. Cele mai rozalii sunt icre capelin dintr-un soi de peste Islandic si canadian.

Aceste ciuperci portobello sunt ideale pentru umplut. Am rumenit piciorusele in unt cu ceapa verde si marar, piper. Am adaugat carne de raci si umplut ciupercile care au fost in prealabil fripte la broiler 5 minute cu ulei de masline. Peste ciupercile astfel umplute am pus parmezan si dat la cuptor 15 minute.

Iata si faimoasa mea salata de raci, preferata sotului. Din picioare(clesti ) de raci imperiali decongelate si curatate am scos o farfurie de carne. Am amestecat carnea de raci cu maioneza picanta, telina rasa, ceapa rosie tocata marunt, o lingura otet, tarhon proaspat tocat, piper pisat.Am umplut jumatati de avocado si servit pe pat de salata tanara cu oua fierte, inimi de palmieri si anghinare din conserva.

Cea mai delicioasa reteta e de mascarpone cu marar, zeama de lamiie, piper, ceapa rosie tocata fin pe rondele de castravete de sera si trandafiri de somon afumat.

Din oua fierte si racite se scot galbenusurile si freaca cu mustar, piper, zeama de lamiie.In locul galbenusurilor se umple ouale cu cate o stridie afumata si orneaza cu cornetul cu amestecul de galbenusuri preparate ca mai sus.

salata de fructe contine, un fruct chinezesc din cutie-longan, felioare de mandarina, capsuni, kiwi, struguri, ananas, banana, seminte de rodie si apa de roze.

Ca dulciuri am avut baclava ramasa de la craciun care a fost delicioasa cu sarmale si fripturi de porc, cu nuci si fistic si sirop de trandafiri. Si am cumparat niste trufe de ciocolata cum torturile nu mai sunt pentru varsta noastra.
